Delete your Teen AutoLog account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Teen AutoLog and sign in.
2. Tap the ☰ menu, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Before you delete, you may want to save your log: ☰ menu → Printout & export → Share PDF or Share CSV.

By email (if you can't open the app)

Email support@teenautolog.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email when it's done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (your email address and name).
• Your membership in your family log.
• If you are the last member of the family log: the whole log, including teens, drives, routes, supervisors, notes and any files you attached.

What is kept

• If another parent still shares the family log, the log stays with them (they become the owner), so their teen's hours aren't lost. You can remove the other parent first if you want the whole log deleted.
• Apple or Google keep their own record of your purchase; we can't delete that.

Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days. More in our Privacy Policy.
